Thomas is a seasoned property professional with over 35 years experience. Having consistently delivered Retail, Commercial, Residential and Mixed Use projects, he has also fulfilled roles across all facets of a property lifecycle on a specific and portfolio basis.
Thomas is a strategic thinker, who is results focused with excellent communication, negotiation and financial skills. Accustomed to working in both a team environment or as an autonomous agent he has represented both Private and Institutional clients, here and abroad.
His qualifications include Architecture, Project Management, Property Development and Applied Finance and Investment. Thomas continues to actively participate in industry development and national sustainability bodies.
